Women Krav Maga - This one of a kind program combines Krav Maga with a full body workout designed to increase mobility, improve over all wellness, develop muscle tone with practical military self defense, perfect for the urban environment, very easy to learn and super simple to use. This class is a high energy personalized safety & fitness experience.

AdventureQuest -  an innovative program for preschoolers aged 3-5 filled with action, adventure and challenges. From building and then demolishing super structures, to creating human ladders to building and then solving giant mazes our games are engaging and FUN! Building upon themes already in your curriculum, you will see your children. Your child will gain Confidence, discover how to become leaders and enhance their problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Becoming more aware of their classmates and will develop strong cooperation skills.

Art Fridays N-K – Your favorite Friday afternoon class! A wonderful introduction to Art, taught by our own Morah Estyn! The program will help the children get familiar with the concepts of art 

Art Fridays 1st and Up -  Kids will be exposed to a variety of Art mediums, including acrylic on canvas, water color, charcoal, oil pastels, and a variety of sculpture techniques.  The students will be introduced to different art techniques and get to use various professional art supplies. They will learn about artists who have used or worked with the materials that they will be introduced to.

Basketball - Coach Nimi will lead the basketball skills classes and league practices! During skills classes, the coach will put an emphasis on building the basics fundamentals of basketball, techniques and tools to build a better player. During league classes the players will also have the opportunity to experience a competitive environment. They will get to know Basketball on a deeper level and be part of a cohesive group. It is important to Coach Nimi to encourage all the children in a positive environment. For league players - Games will be held on during the week and will be announced weekly.

Chess - Chess is a complex game of strategy. It incorporates elements of arts, science, and sports. Studying chess disciplines the mind. It develops logical thinking and abstract reasoning skills. The aim of our Chess Program is to teach chess to children of all school ages and of different abilities. In the teaching practice, the program seeks to maintain the highest standards of professionalism. All of our teachers, without exception, are thoroughly prepared for the task.  They are looking forward to helping your children by teaching this exciting game to them and by sharing their love for the game with them.

Drones- This incredible one of a kind program immerses students into the world of unmanned aerial flight. Designed to mirror the final phase of military drone pilot training, our students receive a comprehensive curriculum which includes: aerial photography, urban navigation, aerodynamics & leadership training all while engaging kids in a fantastic obstacle course race where wit, quick thinking & steady nerves allow you to pilot your airship to the finish line. Students learn both the scientific principles behind flight, then learn how to fly their very own drone, navigate using instruments, conduct complex aerial drills, analytical problem solving all while dozens of feet above the ground, with your competitor fast on your tail. This is an absolutely fantastic action packed program, you have never seen anything like this. Every unmanned airship is equipped with a HD camera, which allows each child to capture footage of themselves, their activities and show their progress off in an edited video we make for each student, so they can demonstrate their new skills to their parents and friends

Engineering project followed by Homework Club - Get ready to learn a bit about Engineering and Team Work. Each week you will be given a challenge to work on. One week you might build a parachute, another may have you designing a giant roller coaster. Some weeks you will be able to keep your designs/projects. Most projects require you to work with your classmates to figure the design, create a prototype, and then build the actual product. You will learn about civil, aeronautic, mechanical and electrical engineering all while having fun. After 15-20 minutes the kids are ready to do Homework! The homework club is a quiet place to get your child's homework completed before he or she goes home. Students will work on their homework assignments with the assistance of a teacher.

Fitness N and Pre K - Designed to instill the kids with a creative and fun sense of fitness, strong development of coordination, love of exercise and ability to work in teams. In an energetic yet educational way we help the children develop a basic understanding of physical fitness with fun activities such as games and group exercises. Helps generate confident kids, with advanced motor skills and critical thinking capability. Focuses On:  Critical Thinking, Teamwork, Fitness and Physical Development, Strengthening and Conditioning, Coordination and Brain Development and Fun Fitness Outlook

Free Play followed by Homework Club - Each session starts with supervised free play to engage the kids and relieve the stress from the school day, as well as get them active and moving after sitting at a desk for several hours. We want the kids do enjoy their time as well as benefit mentally and physically. We will work on instinct, coordinating, core strength and improved gross motor skills. Israel Club – We are Israel! Give your child a window to the Israeli culture, cities, foods and history! Join us weekly on an adventure to the exciting culture of Israel. Through Israeli stories, games and activities you will learn from the best! Morah Sophia will teach you all about the ins and outs of this great culture we all love!

 

Lego Bricks 4 Kidz - Explore architecture, engineering and technology concepts using Lego bricks. Classes follow the Bricks 4 Kidz motto: We Learn, We Build, We Play with Lego Bricks. We Learn: Instructors provide a 5-10 minute themed lesion; We Build: Students build the model of the day with simple step by step instructions; We Play: Students explore their own creativity through model modification or free play time. 

First Unit Lego - Forces of Nature-Motorized Build Level 1 - Fasten your seatbelts; we’re in for some wild weather! This unit is all about the amazing and powerful forces of nature, as students explore the when, where, how and why of all kinds of natural phenomenon. There is a lot of geography in this unit -- we’ll examine a map of the Pacific “Ring of Fire” where most tsunamis occur, view a diagram of the tectonic plates and learn how their movement creates earthquakes, define the area known as “Tornado Alley” in North America, and find out what hurricanes are called in different parts of the world. These lessons are designed to improve your child’s understanding of the forces of nature, while taking care not to alarm. Each model represents the motion of that particular weather or event, with a seat for a mini-figure to take in the action! Take cover because we’re about to take a trip through some wild weather! Kids will love to build moving models of a tornado, a tsunami, an earthquake and a cyclone. Learn how they move, why they happen and what you can do to stay safe!

Quiet Time –Relax and enjoy some quiet time with your favorite book and board game. Your child may also complete his homework during this time!

 

Reading and Writing Enrichment Program – The program built by Mrs. Davis will introduce students to the tools they need to become better writers and will inspire them to love writing and reading.

against the other team. They will be encouraged to use their imagination and thinking skills. They will learn 

to blend both their cooperation and leadership abilities in order to finish the engaging activities. Some of the

games include giant buckets where the child taking turns building various structures to protect themselves 

against the “invaders”, others require the group to build large structures using giant legos or foam blocks

Soccer– Super Soccer Stars at Chugim teaches soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive and educational environment. Through our age-specific curriculum, we use soccer to nurture, build self-confidence and develop team work. Low child-to-coach ratio and positive reinforcement ensure that each child improve at his or her own pace while having a blast!

 

STEM - Each class will carry a hands-on approach to learning in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.  Some of the examples that would be covered, are Architecture, Chemistry, Virtual and Augmented Reality, Robotics, Game Design, Math, Electricity and more. Building bridges or large structures out of popsicle sticks and rubber bands, then testing which one can withstand the most weight; Building strawbees structures and bridges, railroads; Aviation out of paper, wood, paint, decorate, competition whose flies the farther; Building Snap Circuits; Making Fidget Spinners; Making Slime/stress balls

 

 

Tennis with Story Telling - The art of teaching tennis with storytelling.  Tennis lessons for kids in kindergarten to second grade using stories, colorful books, games and age adapted equipment.  The program develops sportsmanship, social and physical skills, motor and coordination skills with an opportunity for enjoyment and learning a lifetime sport. Each kid will receive a kit that will include a racket, ball and a small net.
